Hoisin sauce is a classic mild Asian sauce made from fermented soybeans, sesame and spices. It has a deep rich umami flavour with hints of sweet and salty. Our sauce can be used to create iconic Chinese dishes, including Hoisin Stir Fry and Hoisin Duck Pancakes.

great with mock duck or veg stir fry

Lovely, rich and full of flavour. I add to stir fry and as a topping for mock duck pancakes.
