Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen. To Prepare...
Your chicken goujons contain raw meat, please ensure that they are cooked thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Tasty when oven baked straight from the freezer.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6, 15 mins
Pre-heat the oven.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook until golden.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
- Do Not refreeze after defrosting.

A bit spicy for me.

I didn't read the small print - salt & pepper also includes Onion Powder, Garlic Powder & Paprika, which wasn't to my taste. Not a bad product, not a bad review, just a bit too 'hot.'
