Charcoal must be glowing red with powdery grey surface. Turn over regularly.; Cooking Instructions - General. Tastiest when grilled straight from the freezer.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas mark 8, 12 mins
