Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary a bit, so the cooking instructions below are just guidelines. Make sure the potatoes are piping hot all the way through before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Pop the potatoes on a microwaveable plate and cook from frozen. When the time's up, leave them to stand for a minute before tucking in.
One potato: 800w 3.5 mins, 900w 3 mins
Two potato: 800w 5 mins, 900w 4.5 mins
Three potato: 800w 7 mins, 900w 6 mins
Four: 800w 8.5 mins, 900w 8 mins; Oven cook - From Frozen. Remove all packaging and cook from frozen on a baking tray in the middle of your oven at 220°C/425°F/gas mark 7, for 40 mins.
