Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Ambient. Allow 70g of rice per person
1. Place the rice in a sieve and rinse under cold running water.
2. Put in a large pan of boiling water. Add salt as desired.
3. Stir once, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
4. Drain well, fluff through the grains with a fork and serve.
Ensure rice is piping hot before serving. All cooking appliances vary. These are guidelines only.

Not Same Quality

I bought Badshah many times and I can say the quality of the rice is no longer as it was. It used to cook really nice and fluffy but now, its more like broken rice without the smell and taste of Basmati rice. Really disappointed

Real Deal

this is aged rice!! the real deal. 1.5 water ratio. those who review lower have been cooking newer rice as its easier to cook.this is restaurant quality rice ! it's much drier due to the age.im a complete rice novice and yet perfect seperate fluffy rice every time.
