How to prepare
Required: 2 tbsp cooking oil, mixing bowl, 1kg small whole chicken or protein of your choice.
1 Sprinkle contents of sachet to a mixing bowl along with cooking oil.
2 Combine the mix and massage into the chicken. Turn over to coat well.
3 Cover and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
4 Roast until cooked through.
