Oven cook - From Ambient. Required: 1.2kg potatoes, 3 tbsp cooking oil, roasting tin, saucepan.
220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7, 35-45 mins
1 Pre-heat an oven to 220°C / 200°C Fan /Gas mark 7.
2 Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil in a roasting tin for 10-15 minutes.
3 Peel and cut the potatoes into equal sizes.
4 Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes then drain the potatoes.
5 Put the potatoes back into the saucepan. Place the lid on and fluff vigorously.
6 Sprinkle contents of sachet evenly over the potatoes and give them a stir.
7 Place the potatoes into the hot roasting tray, baste with the oil and roast for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
