Cooking Guidelines

Air Fry - From Frozen. 150°C, 1 hour
For a medium cook, pre-heat air fryer for 3 minutes 30 seconds. Remove all packaging.
Place Beef in air fryer basket and place in air fryer. Cook for 1 hour". Remove from the air fryer and cover with foil. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before carving.; Cooking Instructions - General. For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only.
Wash hands, utensils and all surfaces thoroughly after handling raw meat and all packaging.; Other - From Chilled. 24 hours
Remove from the freezer and place in the fridge for 24 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately. Do not refreeze after defrosting.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C / Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6, 1 hour 40 mins
Pre-heat oven. Remove Beef from the bag and place into the foil tray provided.
Cover the tray loosely with foil. For a medium cook, place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven, cook for 50 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 50 minutes.
Leave to stand for 15 minutes before carving.; Oven cook - From Defrost. 200°C / Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6, 1 hour 10 mins
Pre-heat oven. Remove Beef from the bag and place into the foil tray provided.
Cover the tray loosely with foil. Place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven. For a medium cook, cook for 35 minutes. Remove foll covering and cook for a further
35 minutes*. Leave to stand for 15 minutes before carving.
*For a well done cook, cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
