Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen. Tasty when oven baked straight from the freezer.
230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8, 30 mins
Pre-heat oven.
Place product on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Turn over halfway through cooking.
Cook until crisp and golden yellow. Do not overcook.
Follow recommended cooking times.
If preparing small quantities, reduce the cooking time.
Our potatoes vary throughout the year, so the time taken to become crisp and golden yellow may also vary.

Duck fat roast potatoes

So disappointed with Aunt Bessies' frozen roast potatoes. When they first came out, they were fantastic. Now, they are just rubbish. They are dry and there was one in the pack which was totally hard all the was through. In good old German "speckig". Awful. Crossed them off my next shopping list.

Unusually bad this week

Really disappointed with these this week, cooked exactly as I have always done, but, were tasteless. Peculiarly described by my daughter as 'it's like eating cardboard'.
