Cooking Instructions - General. Jumbo Aloo Tikki
Tikkis can be thawed in microwave oven on high setting as follows. 2 pcs 30 sec / 3 pcs 40 sec / 4 pcs 50 sec or thaw the frozen tikkis for approx 15-20 minutes at room temperature.; Grill - From Frozen. Jumbo Aloo Tikki
Griddle/Pan: Place the tikkis directly on a pre-heated griddle/pan with 1 tbp of oil. Gently move the tikkis around the griddle/ pan for a minute or till it turns golden brown on medium heat. Turn it over and repeat the process for 8-10 minutes applying little pressure to ensure that it heat evenly. Drain and place on absorbent paper. Serve hot.; Microwave - From Frozen. Chutney: Empty the contents of the sachet into a microwaveable bowl and heat it for 15-20 seconds on microwave high. Time adjustment may be required depending on microwave oven.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Jumbo Aloo Tikki
Preheat oven at 400°F (204°C). Place the tikkis (single layer) on thin baking sheet or use aluminum foil. Bake for 12-15 minutes. For best results turn over each tikkis midway through baking.
