I do not feel any big difference from regular soy sauce, but as a dip we prefer to use this version instead of regular one. Good dip, never had any problems.
This is a neutral review for me only due to the fact the bottle broke but I manage to get another and it's a nice flavour and also has a flavour that lasts when cooking and eating the food unlike most soy sauces
There’s nothing reduced about the flavour of this reduced salt soy sauce. Great tasting healthier soy sauce option. Perfect in stir fry’s and to add extra flavour to soups and stews.
