Thai Green Curry Recipe.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil.
4-5 tbsp thai green curry paste.
400g chicken breast (diced).
400ml Amoy reduced fat coconut milk.
2 tbsp Amoy light soy sauce.
1 pack green beans.
1/2 pack baby corn.

Tip!
Add a squeeze of lime juice for extra zing.

Serves 4.

Method:
Stir fry chicken and curry paste in oil for 5 minutes.
Add coconut milk and soy sauce.
Add vegetables and bring to the boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes & serve with rice or Amoy Straight to Wok™ noodles.
