Safety: Use seperate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat seperate from cooked foods. Wash hands after handling raw meat.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat and grill for 17-20 minutes, turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
