Preparation And Usage
Just add 300g diced lamb or protein of choice, 1 tin chickpeas, 1 tin plum tomatoes, 40g dried apricots
Preparation 2-3 people, 20 mins.
Ingredients:
- 90g Tagine flavour bomb
- 300g diced lean lamb (leg or shoulder)
- 1 x 400g tin plum tomatoes
- 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas, drained
- 40g dried apricots, chopped
Preparation:
1 Heat 1tbsp of oil in a large pan on a high heat; add the lamb and brown for 4-5 minutes.
2 Add the paste, tomatoes and chickpeas, stir well and cover. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes or until the lamb is cooked through, removing the lid towards the end to allow the sauce to thicken.
3 When ready to serve, mix through the dried apricots.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
