Ableforth's award-winning Bathtub Gin combines delicious botanicals such as juniper, coriander, cassia, cardamom, cloves and the very finest orange peel to deliver an unparallelled drinking experience. Crafted using a traditional cold-compounding technique, the very best copper-pot-still gin is cold-infused with fresh botanicals until the perfect flavour is achieved - fresh, Vibrant, authentic - along with a delicate tint from the botanicals.

Bathtub Gin takes its name from days gone by when cheap, compounded gins would be topped off with water from a bathtub tap (as the bottles were too tall to fit into a sink). Ironically, in our modern times the production method, fresh botanicals and careful monitoring essential to the creation of this superb gin, are amongst the most expensive in the world. Bathtub Gin is perfect in a G & T with a large orange wedge as well as in all manner of cocktails.

Bathtub Gin was born from the founders' search for a fresher, bolder gin. Turning to the history books for inspiration, they discovered a historical technique for gin making that though wonderfully effective for flavouring gin, had fallen out of practice. Brimming with inspiration they set about marrying this approach with the best modern gin-making methods. Bathtub Gin & Tonic: 50ml of Bathtub Gin, topped with premium tonic water in an ice-filled glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Negroni: 25ml of Bathtub Gin, 25ml sweet vermouth, 25ml Campari. Stir over ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with orange zest.
