Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 1 Remove frozen Phulka roti from the pack. Place it on a pre heated pan or tawa & cook for 30 to 40 seconds.
2 Turn the roti & heat it on another side for a minute until golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
3 To puff roti on tawa: press the roti with a clean cloth on all the sides evenly & gently while it is being heated. To puff the roti on flame: Place the second side of roti directly on medium flame. Flip & cook until it puffs fully.
4 Serve hot & glaze with butter/ghee to enhance taste.

Very easy to make and it has better texture than other frozen chapatis

Waste of money!

I usually buy another brand chapatti but thought of trying it! This was the worst ever experience really. The chapatti are of size of poori and thin like paper sheet! The taste was extremely bad and chewy. Total waste of money!
