Cheese and Rosemary Stuffed Pastry Stars

Make a batch of magic - with these fun Cheese and Rosemary Stuffed Pastry Stars.


Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas mark 4 / 160°C fan and line a baking tray with grease proof paper


  2. 2

    Roll out the puff pastry and cut out star shapes using a cookie cutter


  3. 3

    Place them onto a baking tray and egg wash the top of each star


  4. 4

    Sprinkle cheese and rosemary on top of each of the stars


  5. 5

    Cook in the oven for 10 – 12 mins until the pastry turns golden


  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy

  • 1 medium egg
  • 50g cheese, grated
  • 3 pinches rosemary
