Sparkling Marshmallows

Marshmallows get even better when they're smothered in chocolate and dipped in sprinkles. These are perfect party finger food.


  1. 1 Place the sprinkles into a serving ramekin or bowl.

  2. 2 Finely chop the chocolate. Place into a heat proof bowl over a pan of boiling water (do not let the bowl touch the water) and stir continuously until smooth and melted.

  3. 3 Arrange all of the marshmallows on a serving plate, dip into the melted chocolate and then in the sprinkles and enjoy.

  • 80g sprinkles
  • 200g marshmallows
