Gin and Tonic Ice Lollies

G&T just got better. A perfect recipe to enjoy on a hot day… or any day come to think of it. Quick, fun and refreshing.


  1. 1 In a jug, mix together the tonic, gin and lime juice.

  2. 2 Place the cucumber slices into ice-lolly moulds and pour over the tonic mix.

  3. 3 Place in the freezer and freeze overnight.

  4. 4 Serve and enjoy.


  • 45ml gin
  • 700ml tonic
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
