Fruit and Nut Chocolate Disks

Unwrapping these homemade treats is sure to make a loved one smile on Christmas morning.

    Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Line some trays with non-stick baking parchment and spoon blobs of chocolate onto the paper set well apart.

    Scatter a few cranberries, nuts and white stars over each and allow to harden. Remove the parchment and pop into gift boxes. Store in a cool place for up to two months.
