Broccoli and Cauliflower Puree

This combination of brassica vegetables is a tasty source of iron and vitamin C. 



Instructions

    Boil the vegetables until they are tender.

    Puree in a blender and adjust the texture with boiled, cooled water or your baby's usual milk.

    Freeze any leftovers in small pots or ice cube trays.
