1 Pulse the peanut butter, butter and icing sugar in a food processor until it forms a dough. Add the Daim bars and pulse again, then roll, using the palms of your hands, into 3cm balls. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2 Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute (or in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water) then using a cocktail stick, dip the balls in the chocolate to cover. Roll in the chopped peanuts then place on a tray lined with parchment and leave to harden for about 2 hours. Store between layers of non-stick parchment in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 1 week.
