A selection of simple, weaning recipe ideas to help introduce your baby to plenty of new flavours and textures. It’s super important at this early age that we keep fruit and veg separate, so that your little ones can develop a liking for veg and not just the sweetness of fruit. We’ve used lots of frozen vegetables & fruit so there’s very little peeling & chopping required! Also as your little one grows you can start to add in meat, fish, pasta or even rice to give a range of different textures. *Waiting until around 6 months gives your baby time to develop so they can cope fully with solid foods. This includes solid foods made into purées, cereals and baby rice added to milk. Your baby will be more able to feed themselves.
