- 75ml Fino Sherry
- 200ml Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic Water
- 1 Orange peel twist

- Preparation time:
- Take a highball glass and start by adding the sherry, then fill the glass to the top with ice. Top with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic Water.
- To garnish: Take an orange, peel a section, tidy and taper, twist over the top of the drink and place to the side of the rim.
