Ingredients
- 500g Strong White Bread Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White Caster Sugar
- 15g Unsalted Butter
- 7g Easy Bake Yeast

Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 230°C, 210°C Fan.
- Mix the flour, salt and sugar in bowl. Rub in the butter and add the yeast and stir.
- In the centre of the flour make a well and add 300ml warm water. Mix until into a soft dough. Take out the dough put onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, this will take up to 10 minutes.
- Work into loaf shape and put into a greased loaf tin, or shape to a round loaf on a baking tray.
- Cover the dough with a damp tea cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes- 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
- Sprinkle the top of the dough with a small amount of flour and place in the centre of the pre-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes then reduce the oven temperature to 200°c, 180°C fan and cook for a further 15-20 minutes until the bread is risen and golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped underneath.
