Ingredients
- 200g milk chocolate
- 100g dried cranberries
- 100g pistachio nuts
- 50g white chocolate stars

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Line some trays with non-stick baking parchment and spoon blobs of chocolate onto the paper set well apart.
- Scatter a few cranberries, nuts and white stars over each and allow to harden. Remove the parchment and pop into gift boxes. Store in a cool place for up to two months.
