Ingredients
- 4 Tortillas, swap for wholemeal
- 80g Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Eggs (scrambled)
- 4 rashers Lean Bacon
- 80g Mushrooms

Instructions
- Wrap the Tortillas in foil and place in a pre-heated oven on a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Scramble the eggs and cook the bacon & Mushrooms.
- Take the Tortillas out of the oven. spread the Salsa and the sour cream evenly down the centre. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
- Add the bacon, mushrooms and scrambled eggs and fold the tortilla.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream (optional).
