Quite pleasant
These are ok taste wise, but some of the fruit is very dried and chewy despite the sunflower oil preservative which you can taste on the milder flavoured berries. You wouldn't want to eat a whole packet at once, but nice enough in small quantities. Would go best mixed with cereal, or best of all in an apple crumble or bread and butter pudding.

Ideal chicken stock
Flavourful and ideal for using in slow cooker, casserole, or as a gravy base. It's a good ammount as well as a quality product. Well worth the money.

Lovely tart bramley apple flavour
The only thing I have used this with so far is pork chops. I put two big chops into a roasting tin, smother with a whole jar of this sauce, making sure they are completely covered on top and sides. I then put a layer of stuffing or sausage meat mix on top making sure the chops are completely sealed in. Bake in a medium oven until the top is crisped and brown, then serve. The chops are wonderfully tender and juicy, and the flavour is out of this world! This is my own recipe so I apologise I haven't got exact times. My oven is fan assisted and I generally cook at 170 degrees, that's 190 for non fan ovens. Timing is more than 30 mins, I just guess and dish up when it looks and smells right,
