Chicago Town 2 Deep Dish Chicken Club Pizzas 2 x 160g 2 x 160g
Good alternative to takeaway
One of these on it's own is a good alternative to takeaway if you are not in the mood for a full size meal, but add salad or fries and it's a good size lunch. I don't like them microwaved because I like pizza a little crisp and my microwave doesn't do that. It is important to put them directly on the oven shelf otherwise the pizza base can be soggy. We all liked the flavours, I found the topping generous for the price and there was more cheese on these than I have seen on other similarly priced from pizza.

Morrisons Fresh Cream Jam Doughnuts 2 per pack
We like them
I have ordered these a few times now and have never had any issue with the sponge and I have always found them to be up to the usual good standard of Morrisons. The cream is plentiful and not overly-sweet but I do agree with other reviewers in saying that there is virtually no jam, which is a pity. Apart from having hardly any jam there is nothing seriously wrong with these in.

McVitie's Victoria Biscuits 300g
really disappointed
I bought these at the same time as Morrisons own assortment box and I opened the Morrisons pack for the family and saved these for when we had guests. I was terribly embarrassed that these were of such poor quality and I hastily added what was left of the Morrisons assortment to the plate to try to save face. Will never buy this assortment again.

Moma Porridge Plain No Added Sugar 70g
it's ok to keep as standby
Before I write my review I must applaud the very clever Bohemian Rhapsody parody of the earlier reviewer I don't necessarily agree with all of the points made in that review but the inventiveness and humour in it is delightful! I have only tried this as it came as a free gift with an order I placed and I wouldn't actually buy it on a regular basis as it is too expensive, too high in calories and too high in carbohydrates as well as being too great a portion size. It was a little gluey in texture but I added a little more water and it improved it somewhat but the taste was good. Personally I prefer the large, whole oats of old fashioned types and brands of porridge oats and I believe that this suffers in texture because I think these are flaked oats flaked so they can be cooked by merely adding water rather than cooking the old fashioned way. If it cost less I would buy a few to keep in the cupboard for those moments when I want something tasty, fast and filling.

Volvic Juicy Orange Water 1L
Has a lovely flavour
I bought this to try as I have a serious allergy to aspartame and lower calorie drinks are almost impossible to find without it. Although the ingredients listed in the product description on this site correctly show there are technically no artificial sweeteners, it does contain the natural sweetener derived from the stevia plant (as listed on the actual product label). I mention this for the sake of information rather than criticism as the descriptions on the website are stated to be a guide only and to always read the label so I wanted to draw attention to this error of omission in the online ingredient list. Fortunately I can tolerate this particular sweetening ingredient and I find the actual drink itself to be extremely nice and it has the closest taste to the natural flavour of oranges that I have found to date.

Volvic Touch of Fruit Lemon & Lime Natural Flavoured Water 1.5L
So pleased it's being stocked again
Good to see larger size bottles back yes it contains sugar but I'm allergic to aspartame and I can't drink low-cal and light versions of anything, and it worked out more expensive to have to buy this in small bottles. To get anything to drink as a treat instead of my usual filtered water is becoming a limited choice. I actually water it down to help reduce sugar content and a 2:1 ration of Volvic to water is still tasty enough for me.

Mitchum Advance Control Women Powder Fresh Anti-Perspirant 200ml
Effective, dependable and good value
Originally prescribed by my hospital consultant as it used to be the only thing that helped me. It was very expensive to buy at the time. I'm on more than one medication that causes higher than normal sweating and it still works very well for me, lasting me all day. Has a nice scent and has become much more affordable since those days

Morrisons Takeaway Egg Fried Rice 300g
Will stick to plain rice from now on
I truly dislike this, so 3-stars is the best I can do. I threw away the first pack as soon as I tasted the first forkful, then I gave away the other one I'd bought. However, if I'd read the ingredients list I wouldn't have bought it (I didn't because I used to like it, but I should have checked the ingredients were the still same). With that in mind, marking it down further seemed wrong as there are probably more who prefer this recipe to the old one. I didn't expect onion, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in what I thought would contain rice, peas, egg and cooking oil, but I got onion which I hate, garlic I don't mind garlic but I avoid it when meeting people who dislike garlic-breath over them when I talk. Then there was a flavour I really didn't like but couldn't tell what it was: it turned out to be the blend of ginger and sesame oil. I don't mind ginger, but I dislike sesame, so when the onion, garlic, ginger and sesame oil were mixed it made it totally unpalatable for me.

Innocent Recharge Super Smoothie 750ml
Check deliveries I had the wrong flavour sent
I ordered this item as a mango and orange smoothie, from my favourites list as it's an item I've had before, and it had the expected ingredients listed. However, I received an almost identical item, bottle and colour, but was dismayed to find it was awful I checked the label and it was a mandarin, carrot, ginger and flax seed version. I don't know how this happened as I can't even see this unwanted item for sale online. What I have noticed is that the picture in the description no longer has the flavour on the front it's now just a generic orange liquid with Innocent Recharge Smoothie but no flavour shown. So if you are expecting to order this as the mango and orange flavour as per ingredients I suggest you check your delivery carefully before the driver goes. Unless you fancy the mandarin, carrot, ginger and flax seed version it seems there's a 50:50 chance of receiving either. Not nice. Imagine a grated carrot on a soggy ginger biscuit that's been dipped in linseed oil.

Air Wick Pink Sweet Pea Air Freshener Refill
Lovely smell
Smells lovely nothing like the smell sweet peas but lovely all the same. Not worth paying £8 for, but worth it while its on offer at £4. This is a powerful and lasting scent, I leave mine on a bookcase at the top of the stairs and if I leave the bedroom doors open I can smell it from the moment I go into the hall downstairs, over the landing and in all the bedrooms. The balls in the bottle hold the reeds in position but they slow the evaporation from the liquid that is in the bottle too, meaning most of the evaporation is from the reeds which is where it needs to be from and making the bottle last longer.
