versatile tofu!
I've used Yutaka's Firm Silken tofu for both dessert and savoury dishes. It's soft enough for wobbly tofu dessert Tofu Fa, and firm enough to be sliced and fried for Korean braised tofu Dubu Jorim and nicely mashed up in Korean stew Kimchi Jjigae. Very versatile tofu, will keep buying. Just wish the price is cheaper.

Good but can't search by product type
Good firm tofu, especially if you leave it to drain for an hour before use. But how come the search engine does not recognise this product when you search for tofu? You have to type in "silkentofu", i.e. without the space between the words.
