Just as described in the add chunky cod in batter.
Very tasty ,lots of pure cod in every bite and easy to fry ,I used pure olive oil ( I wait and buy it when it when it is on offer )

So Delicious!
I cooked them in my Air Fryer and served them with Blue Dragon sweet chilli dipping sauce. Yum yum 😁
