SO VERY DRY!!
This cake dries all the moisture right out of your mouth to become a survival only food instead of a treat! I hope it's not a small family business. If so please look into your receipy again. The madeira cake made me gag and I love cake. It has a "vanilla" taste that's so much like cheap perfume or chemical, made me sick.

Cherry Cake
This used to be lovely, now there are no cherries in it so it is tasteless.

What happened to the cherries?
This cake used to have cherries, now they are in such tiny pieces that you can hardly spot them. What's the point of a cherry cake with no cherries?
