Oaky Tanins, complex intriguing nose, unpleasant strong sour vinegar taste… okay for a cooking maybe. Wouldn’t recommend.

I didnt want to give this one star. Just read the reviews and my bottle was absolutely awful. It was so sour so must be off Will put me off sherry for a long time

very good oloroso

At the price, I think, this is really very good. It's dry, because sherry is mainly dry. It has complex, deep fruit flavours and also - which I like a lot - a strong biscuity yeast flavour which might remind you of champagne, or dark ale? It's probably a good idea that it comes in half bottles :-)

Not for me

Really really dry for my taste, even though I do like dry wines, however nice notes in this one - coffee and caramel.

Christmas cake in a glass

Very, very rich and a teensy drop is all that's needed. Smells as tastes incredible. Liquid Christmas cake
