A sincere surprise!
This was a cautious last minute addition when I couldnt get the wine I wanted, but needed something in this category for a specific pairing. I wasnt expecting a lot, but couldnt have been more wrong. This is a balanced, versatile wine. It finds that elusive spot between lightness and flavour, without compromise. This will work in all seasons with many dishes or even on its own. From the first moment I tried it I was completely taken and surprised by it. Excellent value wine that successfully punches above its weight.
