Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Packaging may soften slightly on heating. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places, place on a microwavable plate and heat according to instructions.
700w Cat D Full Power: 4 mins, Peel back film & stir, replace film, 3 mins, Stand for 2 mins in microwave
800w Cat E Full Power: 3 1/2 mins, Peel back film & stir, replace film, 3 mins, Stand for 2 mins in microwave
900w Cat E Full Power: 3 mins, Peel back film & stir, replace film, 2 mins, Stand for 2 mins in microwave
Important
Microwave standing times must be adhered to. Do not remove the tray from the microwave until after standing time. Take care when removing film lid and decanting product as contents will be hot.; Oven cook - From Chilled. For best results heat in a conventional oven: remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places, place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven.
Pre-heat oven to: 190°C / Fan 170°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5.
Heat for 15 mins, remove film & stir, heat for a further 15 mins without film.

Horrible plate of slop!

pleasantly surprised
very pleasantly surprised at how tasty this was! if I didn't know what I was eating I'd say it was a luxury branded meal. defiantly buying this again

This meal is okay considering calories
For the calorie amount I expected this meal to be worse. It is stodgy, which I dont mind. I will buy this again as it helps me keep within my calorie allowance.
