Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. For best results heat in a conventional oven: remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places, place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven. Can also be microwaved: remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places, place on a microwaveable plate and heat according to instructions. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Packaging may soften slightly on heating. Do not reheat.

Microwave standing times must be adhered to. Do not remove the tray from the microwave until after standing time. Take care when removing film lid and decanting product as contents will be hot.; Microwave - From Chilled. 700w Cat D Full Power: 4 mins; Peel back film & stir, replace film: 3 mins; Stand for 2 mins in microwave
800w Cat E Full Power: 3 1/2 mins; Peel back film & stir, replace film: 3 mins; Stand for 2 mins in microwave
900w Cat E Full Power: 3 mins; Peel back film & stir, replace film: 2 mins; Stand for 2 mins in microwave; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to: 190°C / Fan 170°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5.

Lovely sauce!

The sauce is really nice and there is a good amount of it. The pasta goes a bit softer than I like but the sauce is so tasty that I buy this every week.

Nice quick meal

I really love these WW ready meals. This bolognese bake is a great, well-balanced meal that you can prepare quickly - just pop it in the oven for 20 mins or so! Low-cal, and filling. I always add a bit of extra salt and seasoning, but otherwise it's nice.

Succulent and Nutritious

Let’s be honest, it’s quite difficult to find a pre-cooked Bolognese bake. It is usually soggy or tasteless. But this one is a quite nice surprise. The combination of tomatoes, beef, and cheese sauce is just tasty. To make things better, it is a not high caloric meal and works quite okay as a quick nutritious meal for two.

great taste for a under 400cal dish

Wow just under 400 cal but still a decent taste. The plastic tray is a bit wobbly when heated in the oven.

Tasty and Nutritious

This was much tastier than I expected. The sauce was thick and tasty, the meal on the whole was slightly stodgy but it tasted really nice and was filling so I'd definitely purchase again
