Preparation and Usage
To make plant shawarma pitas in 20 minutes for 2 you'll also need:
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 5 g Chives
- 2 tbsp of (vegan) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of (vegan) yoghurt
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 2 large pitas
- lettuce
- olive oil, pepper and salt
Heat before use.

Tried this for first time and will be last, like eating rubber, nasty taste. all went straight into bin

Disappointed that this tasted so vile. Texture of rubber. Over spiced and synthetic tasting spices at that.

So versatile as can use it in different ways and I eat it straight from packet too as a snack .. great in salads as well as in pitta and fab in baked potatoes
Amazing!
I'm gluten free AND vegetarian so it can make food shopping pretty hard unless I'm cooking everything from scratch. This kebab meat I've been buying for 2 years and I never get bored of it! If you don't cook it long enough it can seem more rubbery so I like to cook it til the thd edges crisp. I cook spicy veggie loaded rice with it and I also make kebabs in a wrap with chilli, mint yoghurt and salad! It's as good as a real kebab, if not better because there's no grease! I wish there were more GF meat free options like this!
Disgusting
Like rubber. The only taste was from the spices and that wasn’t very pleasant. I am not a vegan but often find vegan meals very tasty but not this - calculated to put any aspiring vegans off.
