Landlord Dark originates from the multi award-winning Landlord Pale Ale but brewed with caramelised sugars to give a rich yet light and drinkable dark ale.
This perfectly balanced mellow beer has body and depth. It has a fruity, toasted aroma with hints of chocolate, citrus and roasted malts on the tongue. A darker shade of pale!

Taylor's Taste is achieved by using the finest natural ingredients expertly combined with our unique Taylor's Taste' yeast and 'Knowle Spring' water.

Bought a bottle yesterday having tried Dark Mild on cask, this will be a new regular in bottled fizz format.

Deliciously dark

Tried this on draught in Harrogate, very rich, dark ale with a nice roasted malt flavour. Bottled is just as good and I would recommend to ale drinkers.

Toasty

Having being a Landlord drinker fo0r many years I had never tried this dark beer before. Need not have worried, very nice dark ale and smoother than the usual without the over bitterness and burnt taste you can get with some. Nice ale.
