Dry as a bone

I was really looking forward to this cake. & with it being Thorntons, I thought it was going to be extra special. How wrong was I? I have never had a cake with sponge that dry. I had 2 bites but it was inedible, so disappointed & I just threw it in the bin.

Really delicious!

Bought one of these for my daughter on her birthday & she kindly shared it. Don't understand the other review as I thought it was delicious. Quite rich, but I like that & Its only small anyway. Highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting, artificially flavoured, threw it in bin, dont waste £4 on this rubbish, it only got 1 star because I had too

This must be the most disgusting cake I’ve ever eaten. It’s basically mouthfuls of sugar, far too sweet!
