Cooking Instructions - General. Drain. No need to press - we're special like that. Chop, cook, enjoy. Or be a rebel and eat it cold - yes rebels eat their Tofoo cold.
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C/180°C Fan, Gas mark 6/20 mins
Pre-heat oven. Toss in a little oil and bake on a tray.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 10 mins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.

Great Smokey flavour

Not usually a big fan of tofu because its so plain and boring but this smells really appetising. Made it Mexican style and it was great. Will definitely be buying it again.

Delicious

Absolutely love this smoky tofu for a miso soup recipe and intend to try it in others - stir fry and salads. So savoury and moreish. Not been a massive fan of tofu or tempeh, before now, but this has changed my mind and inspired me to try marinating the plain version.
