How doo you Tofoo?
You don't get much more versatile than Naked Tofoo (except sporks, obviously) - this is a super flavour soaker, high in protein and so easy to use. We've reinvented tofu for modern cooking slice it on a pizza, dice it in a curry or scramble on a bagel.

Cooking Instructions - General. Drain. No need to press - we're special like that. Chop, cook, enjoy. Or be a rebel and eat it cold - yes - rebels eat their Tofoo cold.
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C/180°C Fan Gas Mark 6/20 mins
Bake: Pre-heat oven. Toss in a little oil and bake on a tray.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 10 mins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.

My favourite Tofu by a long way, not too much liquid to press out either which really helps.

Not a huge fan of tofu but I really enjoyed this in a pad Thai, good texture and flavour

Super firm

If you're used to tofu you need to press before use and still ends up like cold custard, this isn't it. But it is great and robust to stir fry, cook with and eat. I've generally bought smoked tofu in the past to get a firmer texture but this does an excellent job. Definitely recommended.

Better than Cauldron

This is my fav. I drain, brown in a pan then add to a multitude of dishes. Great for a low carb, low fat or veggie diet. Use in place of paneer in Indian curry, or in a Chinese stir fry. Many, many other uses. So versitile.
