History
Félix Solís SL winery was founded in April 1975 and lies along the current national road that links Madrid to Cadiz. The winery is one of the largest family-owned wineries in the world and is fitted with the most modern production and storage facilities. The World Ranking of Wines and Spirits (WRWS) gave Felix Solis sixth place in the top 100 Best Wineries of the World and second place in the category `Best Wineries of Spain'.
Regional Information
This wine is blended from a number of select parcels from across the major wine-producing regions of Spain to give the ultimate balance of body, tannin, sweetness and acidity. Because of this it is classified as a lowly table wine, but it easily belies its status and revels in all its glorious indulgent ripe fruit and deliciousness.

Vinification Details
Grapes are macerated at cool temperatures to allow for the gentle extraction of sweet tannins and complex compounds, which encourages the production of a wine with an expressive character to compliment the red berry flavours typical of Tempranillo. It is aged in oak barrels for several months before release.

Excellent
Can’t believe it’s only £5 when it’s £9 at a well known wine house and £30+ in restaurants! Great tasting wine

Erm...no
Drinkable, but only just, and because money is tight. Had I had a few quids to spare, it would have gone straight down the drain. Will not buy again.

lovely wine and size
i love that Morrison's continue to do these smaller bottles, where other stores have stopped these. easier to not drink too much and lighter to carry. this is my favourite one
