Matured in American oak barrels and finished in French Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks to complement the sweet, mellow and smooth taste of Tamnavulin.

Colour - Tawny gold.
Nose - Opulent floral aromas fuse with orchard fruits, lime marmalade, cinnamon spice, poached pear and almonds.
Palate - Cascading flavours of nectarines, damson plums and gingerbread give way to sweet red berries and banana bread.
Finish - Pure and expressive - a rhapsody of perfection.

Light, sweet and easy drinking!

I tasted this over the weekend with my partner who doesn't usually drink whisky and she loved it! If that doesn't tell you its smooth I don't know what will. Perfect night cap after a bottle of red.
