Preparation and Usage
1. Take a packet of Spring Roll Pastry out of freezer and allow to defrost until soft (approx. 30-60 minutes)
2. Remove the Spring Roll Pastry from the packet and peel of each sheet of pastry as you use it. Keep the rest of the pastry covered with a clean damp cloth to prevent from drying out.
3. Place any unused pastry in a plastic bag and seal tightly before storing back in the freezer.

Perfect spring roll pastry!
I dont understand the bad reviews. This pastry is moist and very easy to use it doesnt dry out when youre wrapping away. Feels smooth and very crispy when fried! Thanks Morrisons keep stocking this please!

Best I've used. Great value compared to others.
East to work with with no tearing, they crisp up nicely and can be used for a variety of dishes. Try using for samosa or in place of filo.

Agree with previous reviewer. Very easy to work with and good value. Wish these were stocked in my local Morrison's as I do most of my shopping in store. Only query is a contradiction in re-freezing instructions but I can't see it being a problem if sealed tightly.
Spring roll pastry
Superb to work with, doesn't tear when pealing off sheets, you must keep the pastry under a damp t towel, when using it. Top marks great product.
