Indications of Use:

Preparation and Usage
Directions:
On the first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining: Keeping the head straight, gently put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities: Keeping the head titled to one side, gently put the nozzle in the upper nostril. Dispense a prolonged spray. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry.
Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.

Good product
Sterimar works well to clear my nose. Have to use it regularly due to having a deviated septum. However this is a small size 50ml and can get 100mls for not much more cost. Hopefully Morrisons will start to stock the bigger version and provide better value as I'm currently buying it elsewhere.

Great product but not a good price
Its a small bottle and rather pricey via Morrisons, so if Im organised enough I buy the bigger bottle from Boots. But Im not often that organised so end up buying this one!
