Preparation and Usage
Defrosting:
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Ensure product is completely defrosted before cooking.
Follow the preparation guidelines.
No need to wash poultry before cooking.
Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.
Upon opening a faint smell is released from the pack. This is normal and will disappear when the meat is exposed to the air.
Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Oven 45 minutes. 180°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 4.
Remove all packaging.
Place on a baking tray and pour 1 table spoon of water over portions.
Cover with foil and cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C (Fan 170°C) for 45 minutes. Remove foil approximately 10 minutes before end of the cooking time.
Cooking Precautions:
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer.
If they are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

chicken curry cuts
found them very tasty & so tender, with yorkshire pudding & veg. I found it so moist & definitely going to buy it again. Lovely, try & enjoy. TITCH XX

disappointing
Ordered a few times, usually because I cant get to the city, and in every occasion disappointed. Either you get 4 drum stickers, bony part of the thigh with very little chicken, or 1 small piece of breast. Would be best if it was a whole chicken cut up with all the parts of the chicken given.

Not for me
Would rather use chicken breasts for my curry these are too bitty and fiddly didn't enjoy

Full of water and bland
I made some of this the meat was in a roasting dish which got totally full of water. The chicken shrivelled up to a third of its size. It had no taste at all. When reheated in the microwave or stove top the chicken hisses from inside and blows up. What are they putting in the meat to fill it with water.
