1. Preparation:
- Always perform an Allergy Alert Test 48 hours before each time you colour, even if you've used the product before
- Before applying your colour, cover your clothing with an old towel/cape and put on gloves provided
- Apply to dry, unwashed hair
2. Mixing:
- Unscrew nozzle of Developer Lotion. Pierce the LIVE Colour Cream tube and carefully squeeze the entire contents into the Developer Lotion bottle
- Replace the application nozzle and shake until all components are thoroughly mixed
3. Application:
- Follow application process for either first-time or root regrowth application
- Leave formula to develop for 20-30 minutes
4. Rinsing:
- Rinse hair under warm water until water runs clear
5. Conditioning:
- Apply LIVE Care Conditioner and leave in for 2 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly, hair is left feeling soft and shiny

This was to try the colour, from bored with blonde, after it initially being put on, and being part of the blue rinse squad for two days it settled to a lovely grey! Sadly wasnt to last! One ended up with orange patches and indeed an over all dis-satisfied with the product. Having bought a few of these, one is now contemplating bare with it to use them up! And go back to blonde, or just Palm it off on someone to whom is unsuspecting, much like the manufacturer has done with the consumer in this matter!

Too ashy - washes out
I used the pink version a while back. It looked great on but soon washed out from my bleached hair. I thought I'd give this a try with similar expectations, so that it wouldn't be a huge commitment if I didn't like it. My hair had just been bleached- colour results indicate best on light blonde to bleached hair. I had a little orange patch where the bleach hadn't quite lifted. The results weren't anything like the model on the box. My roots were almost purple as if the dye refused to wash out. My orange patch is still there so there's no lift at all. I can see hints of silver but it's definitely more of a weird grey/ ashy blonde that looks pretty grubby. After two washes my roots have evened out but the lengths of my hair are almost back to their usual peroxide. I wonder if the semi version would take better and look brighter on porous bleached hair? P.S. Would be great if we had the option to post photos in reviews!
