oh yes
My son loves his chilli hotter than I do so this is a good compromise for us both. I always soften an onion before the mince then chuck all the other ingredients in along with a tin of baked beans and a teaspoon of cocoa powder, and a little sugar to take the edge off the tomatoes. Turns out perfectly every time no matter how I make it, regular stove top, slow cooker or pressure cooker. Never have any left and son never complains which is a win in this house. Not overly hot but definitely a step up from their regular chilli mix. And no I cant make my own, Ive tried, utterly useless at it!!! :-)
