The description says what it is

Yes it's creamy, yes it's lemon and yes there's a bit of parsley too. I quite like it, and it cooks in the microwave in it's own pouch. so quick and convenient. No pans to wash! It's not what I'd call a "parsley" sauce, though, but still a pleasant lemon sauce, with parsley. I've bought this on quite a few occasions and it's always nice with any fish. I will be buying again. It also has a relatively long use by date.

This sauce is absolutely terrible. We love parsley sauce with fish, but this just tastes of lemon. Its honestly one of the worse sauces Ive ever tasted. Morrisons used to do a fresh parsley sauce but theyve stopped it, why? It was delicious
