- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 175g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbs tomato purée
- 300ml cold water

2 Heat oil and soften onion for 5 mins, or until golden brown. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Transfer to casserole dish and stir in mushrooms.
3 Mix seasoning with tomato purée and water, stir into casserole dish. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour, until tender and cooked through.

1 tbs oil
1 onion, diced
4 skinless chicken breasts
175g (6oz) mushrooms, sliced
1 tbs tomato purée
300ml (1/2 pint) cold water
Directions...
1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas Mark 4.
2. Heat oil and soften onion. Add chicken and brown on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a casserole dish and add mushrooms.
3. Mix sachet contents and tomato purée with water and add to casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
4. Serve with baked potatoes.

No idea how the post below says bland
Maybe they didn't stick to the instructions or had a dodgy batch because everytime we've had this, it's absolutely delicious. Very rich in flavour and always gets compliments! Buy and see for yourself.

Gorgeous recipe
Really tasty, we chose not to add tomato puree through choice but one of the tastiest meals we've had. Would highly recommend
